Questions
How long does it take to dry?
Usually 2–6 hours, depending on the carpet and ventilation. Opening a window or putting the heating on speeds it up.
Can you remove every stain?
We remove most stains. Some old stains, bleach marks and dye damage are permanent. We'll tell you honestly before we start.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small items and anything fragile. We can move light furniture; we don't move wardrobes, pianos or very heavy items.
